Marcel has been part of the Across Private Investments team since 2020. He graduated from the Open University Business School and is a member of the British CIPD with 9 years of business and management experience in banking. His previous business career includes senior roles at Tatra banka and ČSOB followed by 10 years as an external consultant in relationship sales focused on insurance, telco, IT and other sectors. In his current role, he focuses on the salespeople and managers development as a mentor or coach. He manages the sales team, leads a team of investment consultants, builds client care service and sets up internal processes.
