Július Strapek is a founder and main partner of the Across Group. He graduated at the University of Economics in Bratislava, Faculty of Business Management. He has been active in the investment world since 1995. He started his career by managing several successful investment and mutual funds, such as the Tatra Coupon Fund. From 1998 to 2001 he held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Tatra Asset Management. As a consultant, he participated in the project of drafting the legislation and strategic plans on the Slovak financial market; he was a member of the EU Commission team for the Collective Investment Act. In 2002 he acted as an advisor to the Minister of Labor, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic on pension reform and in 2003 he was in the role of a local World Bank expert on pension reform. In 2002 he established the Across Group and by today he is member of its top management team.
Miroslav Boublík has been serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Across Private Investments since 2024. Besides his native Czech Republic, he has worked in five countries over the last 30 years of his career. He began his career in the USA, where he also worked at the renowned consulting firm McKinsey. After moving to Europe, he was part of the management teams at banking institutions in Ukraine and Russia. He spent four years with the team at Home Credit International, part of the PPF Group, where he advanced to the position of Managing Partner for Corporate Venture Capital. Across is his first Slovakian engagement.
Andrej has been part of the Across Private Investments team since 2017, and currently holds the position of Chief Investment Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board. He is responsible for portfolio management, financial markets trading and product management. He graduated from the University of Economics in Bratislava, where he studied foreign trade at the Faculty of Commerce. He successfully completed training programs focused on financial derivatives trading in Vienna, London and New York. Before joining Across, he managed a Luxembourg private equity fund, securities trading on the global stock, coordinated energy derivatives and commodities trade and acted as a risk manager. He became a member of the Executive Committee of the Association of Securities Dealers in June 2021.
She is a graduate of the University of Economics in Bratislava, majoring in Economics and Business Management. Since 2005, she has been working in the banking sector and has held various positions in the retail network. She joined Across Private Investments in 2023 as the Chief Sales Officer. For nearly 15 years, she has been involved in private banking, seeking ideal investment solutions for the most creditworthy clients. She is the founder of the Ladies' Business Club, which focuses on connecting and educating women in business.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Materials Science and Technology at the Slovak University of Technology in Trnava. He has over 16 years of experience in providing banking and investment services. From 2007 to 2016, he was involved in building the private banking division at Privatbanka, where he held various positions. From 2015, he served as the department director. He has been with Across Private Investments since 2016 and has also held the position of Chairman of the Advisory Board since 2024.
